Price: Includes most meals, accommodation, National Park fees and activities as stated in itinerary. (Valid for 2015).
Payment: 20% deposit required on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure to be paid in full. 1% surcharge for credit card payments.
Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee. A 50% cancellation fee of total tour cost will apply to any tour cancelled within 8-14 days of tour departure. A 100% cancellation fee of total tour cost will apply to any tour cancelled within 7 days of departure.
No refund will be given in the event you fail to join the tour or leave it early. Whilst all care is taken, Australian Adventure Travel do not accept liability for loss or damage to baggage, Sickness or injury, or additional expenses caused by factors beyond the control of the company.
Itineraries: Are subject to alterations without notice and intended as a guide only. Alterations may come due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defect or other reasons. Any additional expenses incurred by passengers are not the company's responsibility. Australian Adventure Travel and/or its agents and employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times, the company will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other service. In the event of breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation of the tour.
Minimum numbers: It is unlikely that a tour would be cancelled, however, we reserve the right to cancel tours with less than 5 passengers if deemed necessary.
Concessions: Discount prices are for YHA, VIP, Nomads, student (cards to be shown on booking).
Insurance: Travel Insurance and Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended on all tours.
Luggage: Please keep luggage to a minimum packed in small soft bags. Hard suitcases and metal frame backpacks by prior arrangement only. 15kg maximum.
Liability: Australian Adventure Travel’s responsibilities in connection with these tours is limited to the carriage of passengers. Australian Adventure Travel shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, irregularity, loss or damage caused by or resulting from provision of services by any other operator.
